Q: Can I have flowers delivered on Sunday?
A: Sunday flower delivery in Sarnia is always available for sympathy and funeral flowers being delivered to our local Sarnia Funeral Homes. For Sarnia area residential and business addresses we offer Sunday delivery only on major holidays, like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Sunday delivery is also available for funerals and on major holidays in many, larger cities in Canada. However because this is not offered by all florists or in all areas we ask that you please call us at 519 332 2221 or toll free at 800 205 6007 and we'd be happy to try to arrange this for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Sunday delivery in USA or for International orders. We are also unable to guarantee Sunday delivery in any area on major floral holidays such as Mother's Day and we strongly suggest ordering for these special days, well in advance.
Q: When can I get my flowers delivered? Can they be delivered today?
A: Sarnia Flowers can normally have your gift of flowers delivered the same day if we have the order before 1:00 pm. For deliveries to addresses within the City of Sarnia, we deliver same day when we have your order by 2:00pm. Of course this is not always possible if the flowers are being delivered to an address outside of our local delivery area, especially if the recipient's address is rural or in a small town where there may not be a florist in the immediate area. In such cases we will contact you and let you know that there will be a delay in the completion of your order. For all orders, whether delivered in Sarnia or anywhere accross Canada and the USA, we recommend that you place your order the day before you would like delivery. This helps to ensure that we have ample time to make sure your flowers are as close as possible to the type of arrangement you have chosen to send and that any special delivery instructions (such as specific times) can be accommodated. For International Flowers, we suggest you place your order at least two business days in advance.
Q: Does Sarnia Flowers give discounts? How can I get coupons?
A: We offer many different promotional and discount codes throughout the year as well as offering monthly and seasonal specials on our home page. If you have created an account with SarniaFlowers.com, you will begin to receive occasional discounts and promotions via our email offers (about 4 to 8 a year, we won't fill your inbox with junkmail!). Just remember to make sure your e-mail is configured to accept mail from customerservice@sarniaflowers.com, which is the address we send you offers from. Q: Can I order flowers to be delivered overseas?
A: Absolutely! Sarnia Flowers can arrange to have flowers delivered in the UK, Italy, Germany, Australia or almost anywhere in the world through our memberships in FTD and Teleflora. International orders do require a little more time to complete and we recommend that you allow at least two business days to compensate for time differences. In most European countries we usually find that if the recipients address and telephone information is complete there is almost never a problem getting flowers delivered on time. In fact in most countries delivery can be completed within 24 hours.
Q: How will I know if my flowers have been delivered?
A: This is the most often asked question and in most cases you should receive and automatic delivery confirmation message from us at the email address your provided to us on your order, usually by close of business on the day your delivery is completed. Some exceptions to this are unavoidable however and in most cases these occur because we attempted delivery but the recipient was not there to accept delivery or in the case of orders that we have relayed to other cities and towns, the florist filling your order is not equipped for electronic delivery confirmation. Q: What if the person I am sending flowers to is not home when they are delivered?
A: We have policies in place that determine what procedures we follow to make sure that your flowers get to the recipient, and all are designed to ensure that your delivery is completed as soon as possible. In most cases, the first thing we will do when there is a problem is try to call the recipient to confirm that the address information is correct and to arrange re delivery, so we encourage you to be sure that the information we have is correct. We also suggest that if there is an alternate phone number ie. business, cell or home number, it should be included when you place your order. Q: Will my flowers be the same as the arrangement pictured on your website?
A: Substitutions in flowers and containers are sometimes necessary because of variations in seasonal and regional availability and to ensure that your flowers will be delivered on time. At SarniaFlowers we pay strict attention to retaining the value and the general theme of every arrangement ordered online, with a particular emphasis on the colour and featured flowers of the design chosen. Q: Can I get a copy of my order/receipt?
A: Once your online order is completed online, you will immediately receive a copy of your order, which includes your order number, on your web browser screen. This should be printed and retained for your records. We will also send you an invoice copy once we have successfully processed your credit card payment.This will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided to us when you placed your order.If you do not see your receipt arrive, please ensure that it has not landed in your junk mail folder. If you are still missing your receipt,or if you have lost your original, simply let us know and we will happily provide you with another.
Q: Will SarniaFlowers share any of my private information?

A: When it comes to funeral and sympathy flowers, this is the question we are asked most often and there's no quick answer to this one, but we are here to help make choosing the perfect flowers, easier for you. What you send depends a lot on what your relationship is to the deceased, whether this is a personal or professional relationship and whether you want to send to the Funeral or Memorial service or to the family home or to a workplace. Jenny's Floral Studio offers same day delivery Monday though Saturday to most addresses in Sarnia and Point Edward on orders we receive before 2pm. We also offer same day service to Bright's Grove and Corunna on orders received before 1pm. Next day service is available to Camlachie, Wyoming, Mooretown and Courtright and we can also arrange delivery to outlying areas such as Petrolia and Forest, usually same day or next day. Funeral home delivery is available 7 days a week however we can not deliver orders submitted on our web site on Sunday, for same day delivery.

Scheduling Deliveries
Sarniaflowers.Com® can guarantee delivery on a specific day, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day although we will make every effort to accomodate your request. On most occasions, the recipient will be called to ensure delivery on the date requested unless you specifically request that we do not.
When the Recipient is unavailable:
Policy varies from florist to florist but we have established the following these procedures for our local deliveries that can't be completed because the recipient is either not home or not present at the address given.
Your Personal Information:
Enclosure card information will only include information you have given us on your web order and the senders name will not appear on any label or card given to the recipient unless you have included it on your order in the card or signature fields. However, it is our policy to divulge the name of the sender, in instances where a card is not signed or is anonymous and the recipient requests that we do so.
Delivery Confirmation:
Sarniaflowers and Jenny's Floral Studio provides delivery confirmation by email at no charge and as a service to our customers.
For local deliveries: We will send you an email delivery confirmation when our delivery person returns from completing your delivery successfully. This is usually by the close of business on the day that your delivery is scheduled, but may be later or even the following morning on very busy holidays, like Mother's day or Valentine's Day.
For Deliveries outside of our local service: When we have word from the florist filling your order that they have completed delivery of your gift you will recieve an email from us advising you of successful delivery.
In most cases you should receive this email by the end of business day on the selected delivery date, but on occasion confirmation may be delayed.This can be because the recipient was not at the delivery address when delivery was attempted or because address or other contact information is incorrect. In the case of orders we have relayed to other florists, it may simply be that the filling shop has not issued delivery confirmations for that day or may not have the technology in place to do so. Policy can vary from shop to shop and not all local florists complete confirmations on the same day.
Of course the fastest way for you to confirm that your flowers have been delivered is for you contact the recipient directly, however we realize that this is not always an option. If this is the case or if you do not wish to contact the recipient, we encourage you to contact us the business day following your scheduled delivery date. We will be happy to relay the status of your order to you and to follow up quickly on any delivery issues.
Along with our staff, we are working very hard to make sure that your online flower buying experience is a positive and rewarding one that you will want to repeat. We are extremely conscious of the fact that for some of the occasions that flowers are most often sent, timely delivery is of the utmost importance. We do everything we possibly can to make sure that there is no delay in the completion of your delivery, but there is no way for us to prevent some unforseen complications.
